Envision College Avenue

Envision College Avenue is a planning process sponsored by Meridian-Kessler Neighborhood Association, CAN-DO!, City of Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development, and Midtown Indianapolis, Inc. (formerly HARMONI). Nearly 250 residents and business owners have participated to date.
