The 20th session of Envision Broad Ripple is an important milestone in this unique community planning process. We'll review some of our past accomplishments and highlight the future timetable for creating a new master plan for The Village. Picking up from EBR 19, we will once again have display boards illustrating Village typologies placed throughout the room with plenty of Post-it notes for your comments. We need your feedback!

Midtown Holiday Home Tour

November 13-14 11:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Three homes on Meridian Street, one on Illinois Street and the recently renovated Phi Delta Theta fraternity house will be festively decorated for the holidays by local floral designers. The Riviera Club will also be part of the tour festivities this year. Rivi will host the tour café as well as a new element, a market featuring local businesses, together billed as the Midtown Café and Market. Rivi has opened its parking lot to tour-goers, making it convenient for friends to meet at Rivi and then carpool to tour the four homes and the fraternity. Tour organizers anticipate that guests will appreciate being able to park, eat, relax and shop at Rivi’s Midtown Café and Market.
